Group Cooking Classes at the Lotus Center
I try to make the changes toward healthy eating as easy as possible. All recipes in my cooking classes are feasable for weeknight cooking. And believe it or not, most everything in the classes is wheat, dairy, and meat free. But this isn't about making fancy food. It's about getting more good foods into our daily routine. In my cooking classes, not only will you gain exposure to new ingredients & recipes, but you'll have fun!! This is as much about education as it is about community.
Participants range from seasoned cooks who just want inspiration, to people learning how to boil water. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to come. This is a hands-on experience. You will help prepare the food and then we'll all eat it! You will leave with a handful of new recipes to make that are realistic for any schedule.
